This company has a unique history with a merger in 2018 with two companies that origins go back to the 1950s. Responsibilities:

- Conduct audit activities in accordance with GAAP and company policies

- Manage and supervise audit teams

- Ensure timely completion of audits

- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation

- Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and business processes

- Communicate with clients to effectively manage expectations and provide updates

Job Functions:

- Maintain knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements

- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written form

- Foster positive working relationships with team members and clients

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in public accounting

- Non-profit experience required

- CPA preferred & encouraged

- Software: CCH Engagement preferred

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent communication skills
