Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR someone with a masters in a related field, experience with working with kids to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis or related field and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies to improve the quality of life for clients, particularly children. The BCBA will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective support and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments for clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs. Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques. Collect and analyze research data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, to create supportive environments for clients. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Experience



Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children. Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Familiarity with medical documentation processes and requirements. Experience in special education settings is preferred. Proficiency in research data collection methods related to behavior analysis. Demonstrated ability to conduct patient assessments effectively.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
