And we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automobile Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our dealership in Columbus, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automotive sales and possess strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and marketing teams.
  • Recruit and train new sales team members.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
