Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, hiring, training, and wholesale operations. Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to develop and maintain positive relationships, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Work with OEM representatives to understand and comply with Toyota standards, procedures, and warranty requirements. Ensure the department meets or exceeds established profitability goals. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and other department managers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership, preferably with Toyota or other foreign OEM brands. Strong understanding of inventory management, parts sourcing, and wholesale operations. Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and train a team of parts personnel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with service and sales departments to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Knowledge of Toyota standards and warranty compliance is a plus.
