Job Summary:

J.B.A. Infiniti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland. As a key member of our sales team, the Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sales of new and used vehicles. This is a full-time position in the automotive industry, offering a competitive Pay Plan paid weekly. Pay is a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. Understand and promote the features and benefits of our vehicles. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to potential buyers. Negotiate sales and complete necessary documentation for the sale. Continuously follow up with prospective customers to ensure a positive sales experience. Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve sales goals.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
