IF you have SALES experience in ANY industry, such as Retail Sales, Insurance or Real Estate, this job is for YOU! Individuals have found SUCCESS in automotive sales with experience from Hospitality, Food/Beverage, or who are just out of College or the Military, just to name a few. If you are a \'people person, that\'s motivated to succeed, we will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!! - Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$100,000+
- Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission

- Determine each customer\'s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided
- Able to work Monday through Saturday (Tuesday or Wednesdays OFF) and every other Sunday
- One weekend OFF every month.
- Be Goal-oriented, Energetic and outgoing \'people persons\xe2\x80\x99 motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Passionate about sales and helping clientele.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver\'s license
