Job Description
We are looking to add to our Sales Team at Jay Hodge Ford of Morrilton! If you have a passion for cars and helping customers, we want you on our team! Great communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. No prior automotive sales experience required, but it is a plus! We offer a competitive pay plan, insurance, and benefits. Salary is based on performance with opportunity to make great money. A successful candidate will be driven, motivated, and professional. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and also works well under direction to meet goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide the best possible buying experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Know the products inside out.
Be able to coordinate with other departments.
Help customers understand their financing options.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
