Job Description
As an Automotive Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact between our customers and our service team. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest level of service, from providing estimates and explanations of repairs to scheduling service appointments and following up on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately assess customer needs and offer appropriate repair or maintenance services. Create and present detailed service estimates, ensuring clear communication of pricing and services. Schedule and manage customer appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow in the shop. Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs. Maintain detailed service records and follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle models, and repair techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
