Duties Include:

- Interact with customers
- Listen to questions and concerns and provide timely responses
- Schedule appointments and monitor progress
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle

Qualifications
- Strong background in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance
- Previous experience as a service technician with a focus on automotive repair and service writing
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Proficiency in auto estimating and sales techniques
- Dealership experience and knowledge of auto service management is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and products to customers
- Familiarity with transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, air brake systems, alignments, suspensions, tire services, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and brake repair

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,800.00 - $70,000.00 per year
