VIP Coordinator

to work in our

Champion Auto Group Dealerships.

Responsibilities:

As a VIP Coordinator you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their experience. Communication will include, email, text, website interfaces. Your goal is to create the best experience to build strong relationships with our customers. You will assist customers in navigating the complexity of information. You will be trained in the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.


Tracking customers using store specific management system. Ensure timely follow up and building/establishing strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers. Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

You must possess a valid Driver's license.
