Job Title: AVP Portfolio Manager- Mortgage ServicingLocation: AZ - Chandler 3033What you\'ll do: We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to assist in the monitoring of our residential mortgage portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our sub-servicers complete necessary collection tasks in a timely manner. In addition, the successful candidate will conduct thorough analysis to identify trends and gain insights into the portfolio\xe2\x80\x99s performance. Responsibilities include monitoring the progress of foreclosures and other seriously delinquent loans, completing comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, and assisting in the oversight of the development of our loan management system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and prior mortgage servicing experience.What we are looking for:

• Monitor loan servicers performance to ensure timelines are adhered to for loans in loss mitigation and foreclosure efforts.
• Monitor loan servicing transfers to ensure loans are boarded timely and all funds are collected and accounted for.
• Assist in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the portfolio data.
• Oversee enhancement of loan management system to improve data quality.
• Create, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting on portfolio.
• Conduct market research related to consumer credit and mortgage performance. \xe2\x80\x8b

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Mortgage servicing or mortgage servicing oversight, with at least 1 year in default servicing.
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience as a manager in mortgage servicing.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (BA) from a four (4) year college or university, preferred.
• Ideal candidate also will have prior experience in a credit, finance, or accounting role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Ability to write lookup formulas in Excel required.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision while performing duties.
