Role Summary/Purpose:
Reporting to the VP, Surveillance Program Office, this role is responsible for providing a key focus on the identification and incorporation of analytics and reporting in support of the enterprise-wide Surveillance Program. This position will manage the creation and implementation of analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and automated oversight activities. This role will require interaction with key stakeholders across the organization, domain experience in data architecture and relationships, and the ability to create solutions which address various business requirements. This role must be able to think critically and implement enhancements to data collection, quality, and consistency across multiple inputs and outputs such as Workforce Management System (WMS) and the Permutation Database.

Essential Responsibilities:
Analyze existing applications, tools, and processes utilized across the Surveillance Program to develop analytics and reporting enhancements using SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, RPA, and Excel
Develop automated oversight activities for the continuous monitoring of Surveillance teams, in support of the Surveillance Program, the Enterprise Surveillance Policy, and the Surveillance Standards
Develop automated KPI/KRI metrics and aggregated reporting to measure and communicate the progress, performance, and associated risk levels of the Surveillance Program to key stakeholders
Design, build, and maintain aggregated reporting in Tableau for ongoing monitoring of the Surveillance Program across all functions
Support the identification and implementation of enhancements, maintenance, and administration for the Work Management System (WMS), including the creation and maintenance of data connections with eGRC, DataMart, and Tableau
Recommend and implement enhancements to existing Tableau dashboards, SharePoint data sources, and DataMart to provide additional data insights and cross-functional views
Support the identification and implementation of solutions for enhancements to centralized tools, reporting, and technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Surveillance
Plan and facilitate efforts to promote best practice sharing across Surveillance analytics resources to drive a culture of data and efficiency
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 7+ years of relevant subject matter expertise in data analytics)
A minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience including:
4+ years of experience with data warehouses and repositories in the extraction of data, identification of key dependencies and linkages, and the proven ability to solve for data gaps and limitations
5+ years of experience utilizing SAS, SQL, Python or other analytics tools to perform data mining and complex analyses
5+ years of experience utilizing Excel in combination with Tableau to produce data insights and dynamic reporting for end users
Demonstrated experience implementing efficiencies in data collection, identification of data inconsistencies, and improving data quality
Demonstrated experience with project management, problem solving, and a proven ability to design and implement solutions for cross-functional stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate business objectives and convey potential solutions to both technical and general audiences at all levels of the organization
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in the Financial Services industry, with credit card experience preferred
Experience using GRC tools and leveraging relevant source data for data visualization and reporting
Working knowledge of governance frameworks, including Compliance requirements, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, and Operational Risk
Demonstrated experience in using the WMS application, with a working knowledge of back-end data tables
Experience leveraging automation tools to create efficiencies and replace manual activities
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and goal oriented, with a consistent execution of key deliverables
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months\xe2\x80\x99 time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months\xe2\x80\x99 time in position before they can post.
