Job title: AWS Solution Architect - TOGAF focus
Location: Portland, Oregon
Duration: 6 months contract (possibility for extension)
Pay Rate: $78/Hr.Key Skills: AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue), data modeling, database design, problem-solving, analytical skills, TOGAF familiarity, DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC), ETL/ELT processes, programming (Python, Java, Node.js), communication, collaboration.Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue).
Strong experience in data modeling and database design.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Nice-To-Have Skills:
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools.Additional Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Job Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloud architectures on AWS for various workloads, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Data Architecture: Develop automated data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes and establish data governance practices.
• IT Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years in cloud architecture, data architecture, or IT solution architecture.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
