- Complete material handling duties
- Operate the forklift
- Responsible for reading and understanding work orders/job tickets to determine set-up specifications and instructions
- Load, observe, and monitor machine operations; including the glue system and other raw materials to ensure appropriate levels
- Meet budgeted performance objectives
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8-12 hours per day, and walk frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have good attitude and work ethic
- Good attendance is a MUST
