Join our dynamic team as a Dog Groomer on Wheels, where you will provide top-notch grooming services directly to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for dogs of various breeds and sizes. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions by using appropriate handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile grooming unit before, during, and after each appointment. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including lifting larger dogs onto grooming tables or into the mobile unit. Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends to provide high-quality services. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both pets and staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in animal care or pet grooming is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Experience in dog handling, animal handling, or veterinary care is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during grooming sessions. Knowledge of dog breeds, temperaments, and specific grooming needs is beneficial. A passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care. Flexibility to work varying hours based on client appointments and needs.
