Job Responsibilities
Handle the overall daily production of all cakes, pastries, and baked goods for the Alley Restaurant.
Delegate daily responsibilities and duties to your bakery team.
Take order and inventory ingredients of all bakery products.
Plate desserts for the restaurant and for display.
Work alongside the Executive Chef and restaurant management team in events or business relating to the restaurant.
Monitor food and operational expenses reports.
Personal Skills
Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate.
Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
Exhibit interpersonal savvy and has an open line of communication to all staff.
Create a comfortable work environment for all team members.
Punctuality and work consistency.
Work/Educational Requirements
Food Safety Certification
High School Diploma or GED
A Skills Assessment can be given to all candidates for this position for consideration at the discretion of the Executive Chef.
