Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. Including breads, cookies, cakes, entremets and laminated pastries. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and contributing to a positive customer experience through exceptional product presentation.

Responsibilities



Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including breads, pastries, cakes, entremets, laminated doughs and cookies. Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality. Ensure all baked goods meet food safety standards throughout the preparation process. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about products and accommodating special requests.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Minimum 2 years. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and various baking tools. Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and decorating tasks. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. A passion for baking and creating delightful culinary experiences.
