Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Banquet Server/Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Banquet Server/Bartender serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

- Serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

- Provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.

-Offer interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item\xe2\x80\x99s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.

- Have complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

- We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Perform additional side duties as needed

- Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

-This position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

-Some travel may be required.

-Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
