Overview:

Join our team as a Bar Manager and lead our bar operations to success. We are seeking an experienced individual who is passionate about the food and beverage industry to oversee our bar area.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the bar including inventory, staff, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient food and beverage service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

Experience:

- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and service
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Familiarity with shift management and catering operations
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
