Pink House Alchemy in Fayetteville, AR is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 928 N College. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Pink House's Cafe is located in the front of our Headquarters, as an extension of the pink House brand our baristas see the importance of kindness and hospitality in every customer interaction. We are not just a beverage space, but a place to be treated, and welcomed, and a place that values quality standards and excellence.

Responsibilities


Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and to the quality standards set by the pink house brand team Ability to provide a customer experience that represents the brand Interest/experience in creating new beverages with pink House products Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally


Qualifications


Proven working experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
