Cafe Kacao is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. Previous experience with third wave coffee equipment is a requirement. As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional coffee experiences with a Latin American flare. QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in operating espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewing equipment. \xc2\xb7 Strong passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences with a Latin American touch. \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to consistently outstanding coffee beverages. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work varying shifts. \xc2\xb7 Physical stamina.
