Corso Italian Steak is our upcoming Italian-American steakhouse, blending old-world tradition with modern hospitality. We're creating an elevated yet inviting experience, with handcrafted cocktails, an exceptional wine list, and a menu celebrating prime steaks and rustic Italian flavors.

As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for talented bartenders who are passionate about cocktails, guest experience, and delivering top-tier hospitality.

The Role

As a bartender at Corso Italian Steak, you'll craft innovative and classic cocktails, engage with guests, and ensure each drink meets our high standards. You'll be a key player in shaping the atmosphere of the bar while maintaining efficiency and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Craft exceptional cocktails, pour wine, and serve beer with precision. Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences. Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring full stock and proper prep for service. Educate guests on our cocktail program, wine selections, and spirit pairings. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Work collaboratively with the bar and front-of-house team to execute seamless service.

What We're Looking For

One or more years of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume or upscale dining. Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, and wine. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. TIPS or alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain). A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
