Overview:We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers\' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriateQualifications:- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
- Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to promote drinks and menu items effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus
