Overview

We are seeking a to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with food service as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently. Operate the Spot On POS system for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash register duties, including processing payments and managing cash flow. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Qualifications

Bartending experience in a fast pace bar/ restaurant is needed. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
