• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies.
• Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling of food and adherence to alcohol service regulations.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory.
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
