Overview

Looking for an experienced bathroom remodeling crew leader to install and lead our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of bathtub and shower replacement processes. As jobsite crew leader, you will be responsible for getting jobs done either by yourself or managing your team, while ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crew members on-site while working alongside them. Pick up materials from warehouse and take it to customers homes Take pictures of work and upload them to company CRM Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with operation manager to develop project schedules. Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Skills

Experience installing different types of walk in shower and walk in tubs. Excellent leadership abilities to build, manage, and motivate a diverse team on-site. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues as they arise during the construction process. Effective communication skills for liaising with homeowners and the company regarding the projects.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
