Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area - and has recently expanded through partnerships to Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina, and South Carolina. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families\' convenience.

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Lead who will be responsible for serving as a BCBA on cases as well as offering support and clinical direction for the other BCBAs in their region. The Lead BCBA will report directly to the Administrative Director over their respective location(s). The candidate should be proactive problem solver who takes initiative to help Proud Moments deliver the gold standard of care and providers the opportunity to learn and grow their careers

Responsibilities

  • Function as an Operations partner to ensure communication and cohesiveness with the clinical team. Support the Administrative Director to build the Proud Moments Culture across the organization
  • Support the Administrative Director with the management of key performance indicators such as clinical leverage, utilization, census, and growth
  • Primary point of contact for location day to day clinical questions, concerns, and oversight. Responsible for educating, diffusing, or escalating concerns appropriately to the Administrative Director of Operations
  • Adhering to the Proud Moments Clinical Excellence expectations and training location BCBAs on Proud Moments clinical policies and best practices
  • Lead peer review and roundtable discussions for BCBAs and Supervision Students
  • Address questions or concerns around documentation or billable hours expectations. Escalate any questions to Administrative Director that are unable to be addressed/answered
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new BCBAs
  • Work with the operations team to implement enterprise wide BT / RBT training and coach BCBAs on BT / RBT training during supervision sessions
  • Will report into Administrative Director of Operations depending on the size of their respective location(s)
  • Meet with Regional Clinical Director monthly to review BCBA, RBT, and BT Proud Moments enterprise competencies
Qualifications
  • Master\'s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
  • Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
  • Licensed Behavior Analysis (or eligible) in all states in coverage area.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least three years\' experience as a BCBA
