The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for part-time Beertenders to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Beertender, you will provide our guests the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments on event and game days.

This position has a starting during the week of 2/12/24 with the Spring Training Season ending 3/23/24. Shifts will be on game days with a "typical" shift from 9am - 5pm. (Times do vary depending on game time and attendance*)

Pay

Minimum pay rate: $14.35 / hour

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Serve beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Maintain beverage stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
• Produce sales and inventory reports
• Perform opening and closing checks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required
• Available to work Spring Training event/game days.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
• Previous experience using computerized POS system required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift.
• Ability to long-term stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
