Das Flipperhaus is Rocklin's newest, family friendly, restaurant experience. We are a German/Oktoberfest/Beerfest inspired counter service restaurant serving beer and wine, along with a game floor featuring pinball machines. We feature a compact, fast, and extremely unique environment, that will be a unique working experience unlike any other.

We are looking for part-time Staff for our team at Das Flipperhaus in Rocklin Ca

Currently only hiring 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Characteristics

-Team Player

-Able to be flexible and easy going in stressful times

-Prior experience in restaurant industry/bartending

-Food Handlers card and ABC Serve Safe Cert

-Ability to perform up to 8 hour shifts, and a more fixed scheduling than common with other part time jobs.

Requirements

- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must have a sense of urgency and work well under pressure
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length
- 1+ years of kitchen experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties: General

- Prepare and serve hot and cold food items, beer/wine, and provide gaming floor assistance, paying special attention to quality, food safety, and the customer experience.

- Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.

- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant--inside and out.

- Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals and promotions.

- As a member of the team, roles may include any of the restaurant areas including dining room, food prep, assembly and cooking including produce, raw, cold & hot lunch/dinner products, equipment maintenance, putting away inventory, or monitoring and preventing waste.

- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and leadership.

- Comply with food regulations, ABC Serving standards, and other Regulations in relation to our industry and operations

- Other duties as assigned. (We are a small location, so all employees perform all tasks)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
