OVERVIEW OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICIAN OPTIONS
Our Outpatient Access Clinicians conduct initial integrated clinical assessments, determine diagnoses, formulate treatment recommendations, enroll and/or refer for on-going care, crisis intervention, and case management for child and/or adult clients with mild to severe mental health symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or disabilities. Collaborate with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies, family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports around a client\xe2\x80\x99s treatment and treatment plan goals.
Our Outpatient Clinicians provide on-going clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for child and/or adult clients with mild to severe mental health symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or disabilities. Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans; monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart meets agency, state, federal, etc. audit standards. Collaborate with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies, family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports around a client\xe2\x80\x99s treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies during and after a client\xe2\x80\x99s treatment to ensure sustainable support and step-down services are in place.
Interviewees may indicate a preference for an Outpatient Access Clinician or an Outpatient Clinician, as well as child and/or adult clinical focuses.
