These positions will be working with our High Intensity Youth Treatment Team.

  • Location: Orchards, Loveland, CO
  • Status: Full-Time, will include evening and possible occasional Saturday hours
As a Behavioral Health Clinican with our Community Based Services program, you will provide on-going clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for youth and their families who have higher intensity needs. Clients may have mild to severe mental health symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or disabilities. Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans; monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart meets agency, state, federal, etc. audit standards. This is a team approach with collaboration with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies, family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports around a client\xe2\x80\x99s treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies during and after a client\xe2\x80\x99s treatment to ensure sustainable support and step-down services are in place.

Our Behavioral Health Clinicians:
  • Can earn between $2,000 and $23,400 in addition to base wage by participating in the SummitReach Program
  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee
  • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition to base pay increase
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR, Trauma Systems Therapy, DBT, etc.)
  • Have the opportunity to participate in clinical training to further clinical growth and professional development

Experiences and Background We Look For

Behavioral Health Clinican I
  • Required: Bachelor\'s degree in human services or a related field; 1-2 years of professional experience in the human services industry; Valid Colorado driver\'s license.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; Master\'s degree in human services or a related field; CAS or LAC.
Behavioral Health Clinican II
  • Required: Master\xe2\x80\x99s (MA) Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; Mental Health Licensure: including LCSW, LPC, LMFT; Substance Use Disorder Licensure: including CAS, or LAC.
Behavioral Health Clinican III
  • Required: Master\xe2\x80\x99s (MA) Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; Substance Use Disorder Licensure: including CAS, or LAC.
Wage Ranges

The typical hiring range, for a 40-hour work week, based on relevant qualification and experience:
  • Behavioral Health Clinician I: $37,313.33 - $44,775.99/yr.
  • Behavioral Health Clinican II: $50,000 - $60,000/yr.
  • Behavioral Health Clinician III: $52,958.50 - $66,198.12/yr
  • Behavioral Health Clinician III - dual license (with LAC): $55,606.42 - $69,508.03/yr.

Clinical staff working within the SummitReach Program can earn between $2,000 - $23,400 in addition to their base wage, depending on the position and FTE level.
