MDLIVE is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Network Manager. The Behavioral Health (BH) Network Manager is responsible for the growth of the BH network and is the change management lead for improvement initiatives. This individual\'s responsibilities include strategic capacity planning and oversight of day-to-day operations involving all aspects of the provider lifecycle in order to identify process improvements opportunities or technology enhancements. Planning responsibilities include both the overall BH network and specialty networks within the BH network. Additionally, this role supports network growth through the provider recruitment, onboarding and engagement.

The BH Network Manager ensures the providers\' experience at MDLIVE is best in class and ensures provider satisfaction and productivity is at the highest level. The role represents the "Voice of the Provider" and partners with cross-functional teams to drive change to enhance operational excellence and serves as the champion for process improvements for the network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing and implementing behavioral recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Manages a team of provider recruiters and engagement specialists.
• Cultivates relationships across matrix partners that delivers value to patients, providers, and clients.
• Resolves escalated provider inquiries and supports team on removing barriers to success.
• Works closely with Product teams to identify enhancement opportunities to provider platform.
• Implements automation opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Attracts and develops top talent.
• I mplements initiatives to improve the efficiency of the provider recruiting & engagement experience.
• Represents the MDLIVE brand and develops a deep understanding of services to articulate the value proposition for providers and external stakeholders.
• Engages in special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s Degree required
• 2+ years management and leadership experience
• 3+ years health care experience
• Strong organizational skills, project management experience a plus
• Telemedicine experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
