Marion County Health & Human Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate quality assurance and compliance for our Behavioral Health Division, ensuring the highest standards of care for our Adult and Children\'s Behavioral Health programs, Addictions Treatment Services, Psychiatric Crisis Services and Youth and Family Service programs. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the compliance of clinical and administrative procedures, providing support for regulatory and accreditation audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, understand or be willing to learn behavioral healthcare regulations, and have experience in quality management. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Perform a variety of technical and professional tasks related to the development, operations, and monitoring of a department or county wide programs that includes actively participating on special task forces and community boards or committees.

Work under the general direction of assigned management personnel, with additional recommendations from task forces and community boards or committees.
