As the Behavioral Health Services RN Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans for patients with behavioral health needs.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to staff.

Education + Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of Behavioral Health Experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
- Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing preferred.
