That\xe2\x80\x99s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.Position Summary:The Behavioral Health Specialist supports PHP, Inpatient and Residential milieus by facilitating therapeutic skills groups, self-monitoring and activity groups, providing therapeutic meal support at mealtimes and snacks, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance. The float role will provide back-up coverage across sites, or in a virtual format, within a specific geographic region. Back-up coverage will be utilized to support planned or unplanned PTO, as well as coverage during recruitment for open roles as needed.Schedule:0.5 FTE (20 hours a week). Flexible hours depending on coverage of sights, latest schedule time would be 7pm.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or higher in mental health-related field.
• Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and be authorized to drive.
• Previous direct mental health experience preferred
