Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly welcome. Assist with luggage handling, room deliveries, and guest requests in a timely and professional manner. Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services. Provide information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment to enhance the guest experience. Ensure the lobby, entryways, and bell desk area remain clean, organized, and presentable. Assist in arranging transportation services for guests as needed. Work closely with the front desk, valet, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the hotel's high standards of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service. Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of the local Atlanta area and attractions is a plus. Professional demeanor, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
