Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
• Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.
