We\'re searching for a dedicated Beverage Manager to join us on this thrilling journey of creating unforgettable moments for our patrons. Responsibilities: As the Beverage Manager at Just LeDoux It, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests\' experience through expertly crafted beverages and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass: Working a weekly schedule bartending weekend day/evening shifts & weekday evening shifts. Beverage Program Management: Designing and executing a comprehensive beverage program that complements our Western-inspired menu and elevates the overall dining experience. Mixology and Wine Expertise: Demonstrate your knowledge and creativity in crafting cocktails, recommending wine pairings, and staying informed about the latest beverage trends. Staff Training: Training and mentoring the bartenders and beverage staff, ensuring they deliver consistent and high-quality service. Inventory Control: Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize availability. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, addressing their beverage-related inquiries, making recommendations, and ensuring they have a delightful time at our saloon. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards in beverage preparation, presentation, and service to exceed our guests\' expectations. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service practices and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff. Requirements: To be considered for the Beverage Manager position, you must possess the following qualifications: Beverage Enthusiast: A genuine passion for beverages, including mixology, wines, craft beers, and an eagerness to share your knowledge with guests and staff. Hospitality Experience: 5 plus year previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked in beverage-focused roles. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities in motivating the beverage team. Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences. Beverage Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer, and other beverages, with a willingness to continually expand your expertise. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
