Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various technical tasks, including bicycle maintenance, assembly, and customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of retail math and the ability to handle heavy lifting. The Technician will work with both hand and power tools to ensure efficient operations and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

Conduct routine bicycle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Assemble products and equipment as required, following safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection. Apply retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in sales transactions. Perform heavy lifting as needed to move equipment or products. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred. Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
