Overview: We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Your attention to detail and ability to manage schedules will contribute to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule patients and therapists appointments using scheduling systems Central Reach. - Manage and maintain the appointment calendar, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions - Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers and other office staff to optimize scheduling and ensure timely patient care - Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding appointments, providing excellent customer service - Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Bilingual English/Spanish - Previous experience working in early education therapy setting is required - Proficiency in using scheduling systems Central Reach is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English/Spanish is required - Ability to work effectively in a team environment is required - Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment -Good telephone etiquette - Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees.
