Therapist/Counselor Responsibilities:

MUST be Fully & Independently Licensed in CT or a Licensed Associate in CT Associate clinicians begin at $32.00 an hour and are W2 employees Independently Licensed clinicians are contractors at 60/40 Ability to write quality clinical notes and follow documentation Ability to complete & follow a quality Treatment plan Quarterly Bonuses offered depending on work quality and client caseload Minimum 10 clients caseload Per week/biweekly. Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns Provide targeting counseling designed to help the individual overcome their problems Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care Refer patients to other mental/medical healthcare providers as necessary Remain warm and engaged through the duration of every patient's counseling session Maintain Professional boundaries Good Interpersonal Skills

Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling or a related field LPC mandated licenses required for practice in CT Excellent communication skills Ability to get clients to open up to you Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient Ability to create treatment plans and provide psychoeducational activities for clients Ability to Follow instructions, complete necessary follow up and documentation according to our timeframe. Ability to work independently. Ability to work Hybrid which includes both Inperson and telehealth. Ability to work with kids & adults Experience with case management and providing due diligence. Ability to work work within a culturally diverse environment Interpersonal & Team work skills Organizational Skills Willingness to Learn
