Responsibilities:

• Review weekly billing & payroll to ensure accuracy
• Take ownership of external payroll system
• Prepare weekly sales commission and distribute reports to management
• Analyze weekly billing detail to report markup detail and budget tracking to management
• Take ownership of \xe2\x80\x9cscheduled\xe2\x80\x9d vs \xe2\x80\x9cworked\xe2\x80\x9d days in CRM to maintain production and forecasting data for management
• Other general accounting tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Working knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting systems
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service mindset
