:Overview and Essential FunctionsCableCom is currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to join our team in Snohomish, Washington. The Billing Specialist helps with various tasks including, but not limited to, running reports, organizing paperwork, billing, and reconciliations. Must have 1-3 years of administrative experience, good written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. After the initial training period, this will be primarily a remote position, however, the candidate must be available to report to the Snohomish, Washington office as determined by business needs. We offer competitive pay and an extensive benefits package.Pay range: $20 - $23 per hour.Responsibilities:

• Prepare billing.
• Input data into systems.
• Put together billing documents.
• Speak with customer to discuss billing matters.
• Prepare and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite, be able to work with digital calendar, and have strong communication skills.
• Ability to use mutable software products.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
• Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
• Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
• Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
• Standing -\xc2\xad less than 2 hours daily.
• Walking \xc2\xad- approximately 1 to 2 hours daily.
• Bending/Twisting \xc2\xad- less than 1 hour daily.
• Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) -\xc2\xad rarely.
• Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
