Job Summary

Headwaters Construction Company is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. This is an in office full-time position that will report to the Project Executive team.

What you need

3+ years of related experience (preferred) Construction Management, VDC, or related degree (preferred) Experience with BIM software Understanding of different trades and their sequencing Clear written and verbal communications Excellent time management skills Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

Build and manage 3D models Coordinate with teams to ensure project success. Review BIM models and provide constructability and construction sequence feedback Previous scheduling experience
