About the Role:

As a BMW Genius, you will be the go-to expert for all things BMW, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with their vehicles. This role is designed for individuals who have a deep understanding of BMW products and technology, providing customers with insights and support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers to answer any questions about BMW products, including usage and functions. Support the Client Advisor by providing in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations when the client takes delivery of their vehicle. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW vehicles, technology, and innovations. Follow up with clients to troubleshoot and assist with any vehicle technology concerns. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Respond to vehicle-related inquiries via telephone, email, social media platforms, or written correspondence regarding BMW products, parts, capabilities, and technology. Assist prospective and existing customers with inquiries about BMW's innovations, ordering and package options, features, and mobile applications.

Strong passion for automobiles, particularly the BMW brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex vehicle technology in an easy-to-understand manner. Tech-savvy and eager to learn about BMW's latest innovations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer service-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
