MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensed BCBA credentialed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians.
  • Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.
  • A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
  • Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism
  • Coordinate services and information with other professionals as related to the treatment goals of the client and/or make recommendations for additional services
