Northern Virginia (Herndon Clinic & Home-Based Services) |

Hybrid (50% Remote, 50% On-Site)



Position Overview



We are seeking a

dedicated BCBA

to join our

Early Intervention and School-Age Programs

. This role will work

under the supervision of our Lead BCBA

and will have a balanced caseload of

clinic-based and home-based clients

.

This

hybrid position (50% remote, 50% onsite)

allows flexibility while ensuring high-quality supervision and support for our families and team members. The salary is

structured based on billable hour commitments

, ensuring competitive earnings aligned with experience and productivity.

Key Responsibilities



? Provide

clinical supervision

and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in our

early intervention and school-age programs

.
? Oversee the

implementation of early intervention programs

with

a minimum of two days per week on-site at our Herndon clinic

.
? Supervise a

home-based caseload

, requiring at least

25% of direct supervision to be in-person

while allowing for remote supervision up to

50% of the time

.
? Develop and oversee

behavior intervention plans

, treatment goals, and progress monitoring.
? Conduct

parent training and caregiver coaching

to ensure generalization of skills.
? Maintain

accurate documentation

and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.

Qualifications



? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
?

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

in good standing.
? Licensed or eligible for licensure in

Virginia

.
?

Experience in early intervention and school-age programs preferred

.
? Strong data-driven decision-making and

clinical supervision skills

.
?

Ability to balance remote and in-person work effectively

.
