Kids SPOT is currently seeking an Board Certified Behavior Analyst.Salary: Starting at $91,500This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our family of caregivers. • Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
• Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
• Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism

Education/ Experience & Qualifications:

• Active current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
