Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years mgmt/supervisor experience in a full service kitchen. Sushi experience is preferred and the ability to prepare sushi is a plus. Experience should include hiring, scheduling, ordering. Inventory mgmt and basic computer functions are required. Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods. This is NOT an active cooking position. While required to understand the cooking positions the candidate will function as a manager. As such they are responsible for both FOH & BOH operations. Their focus is on BOH however will be expected to engage guests and manage the restaurant as needed.
