Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company\'s financial records, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Duties: - Perform full-cycle accounting duties from data entry to financial statement preparation - Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Prepare and post journal entries - Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) - Utilize technical accounting skills to maintain accurate financial records - Handle corporate accounting tasks efficiently - Utilize Quickbooks accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Experience: - Proven experience in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting - Strong understanding of GAAP principles - Proficiency in bank reconciliation, account analysis, and journal entries - Technical accounting skills to handle complex financial transactions - Experience with Quickbooks accounting software is preferred If you have a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and a strong background in accounting practices, we invite you to apply for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position with us.
